CLUB TRAINING SESSIONS
We are a very supportive club and the team is here to provide you with guidance and encouragement whether you are preparing for your first event, or you need help training for a full distance event.
We are here to help you achieve your goals and aspirations within the world of Triathlon and multisport and our core training sessions cater from all abilities and are listed below.
Members can participate as much, or as little they want but we do encourage you to join in .....
RUNNING
Monday - Group training 4 week rotation of BTF programme - Coopers' Company and Coborn School, Upminster
19:15 hrs - 20:15 hrs
Friday Fortnightly - Track session - Hornchurch Athletics Stadium, Bridge Avenue, Upminster
19:15 hrs - 20:15 hrs
We operate several groups, covering multiple distances depending on mix of abilities present and the session.
SWIMMING
Mondays - Campion School, Hornchurch
21.00 hrs - 22.00 hrs
Tuesdays - Coopers' Company and Coborn School, Upminster
20.45 hrs - 21:45 hrs
Thursday - Hornchurch Sports Centre
05:50 hrs - 06:50 hrs
Saturday - Coopers’ Company & Coborn School, Upminster and Hornchurch Sports Centre
06:50 hrs - 07:50 hrs
Saturday (summer only) - Open water lake swimming at Grangewaters Outdoor Centre
06:45 hrs - 08:45 hrs
Hosted by Kay’s Adult Swim and catering for all abilities from beginner to competent swimmer.

CYCLING
Wednesday - (Summer Time)
19:00 hrs - 20:15 hrs
Mixed ability groups dependent upon turnout, 20 to 25 mile routes.
Sunday (All Year Round Weather Permitting)
Mixed ability groups dependent upon turnout, 25 to 55 mile routes.
All rides start and finish at Coopers’ Company & Coborn School, Upminster and include varied, testing and picturesque routes. We offer multiple groups for all abilities and all sessions are lead by our qualified and experienced Coaches or Ride Leaders.
We especially welcome beginner riders - we all have to start somewhere right !
