CLUB TRAINING SESSIONS
We are a very supportive club and the team is here to provide you with guidance and encouragement whether you are preparing for your first event, or you need help training for an Ironman.
Whatever your goal, we are here to help you achieve your short, medium and long term aspirations within the fast growing world of Triathlon.
Training sessions are structured, but can vary from time to time, so please join the Havering Tri member’s page on Facebook. This will keep you up to date on what and when training is taking place, general discussions surrounding events, and, most importantly of all, our social events!
Our core training sessions cater from all abilities and are listed below, and members can participate as much, or as little they want but we do encourage you to join in
Mondays - Coopers' Company and Coborn School, Upminster
19:15 hrs - 20.15 hrs
We operate several groups, covering 4 -10 miles depending on mix of abilities present.
Tuesdays - Coopers' Company and Coborn School , Upminster
20:50 hrs - 21:50 hrs
Saturday - Coopers’ Company & Coborn School, Upminster and Hornchurch Sports Centre
07:00 - 08:00 hrs

Wednesday - (Summer Time) - Coopers’ Company & Coborn School Car Park, Upminster
19:00 hrs - 20:30 hrs
Mixed ability groups dependent upon turnout, 20 to 25 mile routes.
Thursday (Summer TIme) - Coopers’ Company & Coborn, Upminster
‘Non drop’ group social ride - 20 - 25 mile routes.
Sunday (All Year Round Weather Permitting)
